The Circus Galop - Marc-André Hamelin by Marc-André Hamelin

Please listen on V3 Standard!

“They said it was impossible.”

Phew, this sure was fun to make.
Arranged in a few days, possibly the most complicated song I’ve arranged.
This is a simplified version of Circus Galop, mainly because it doesn’t sound that different but has less notes.
I didn’t want to have the coda and ending simplified though, so they’re there, in all their glory.

In theory, this simplified version apart from the coda, is possible to play with 2 pianos. I wouldn’t suggest trying though.

Please comment and tell me what you think. (And maybe feature?)

Enjoy!

Fun fact: There are a bit over 8000 notes in there.

Of those eight thousand notes, how many did the coda contribute?

Go ahead and count.

I counted 2761.

Oh good. That’s the answer then.

“Simplified”

“How to kill a pianist in one lesson”

YYES

My main beef with this is that you didn’t work enough on the volume. I know, I know, lots of notes. But having most of the pianos at 100%, that could’ve been changed.

The ending sounds like something made by someone on their first day on Notessimo.
