Wow. The effects with the synths are amazing. The vocaIs and bass were also great. It did get a little repetitive though the way it kept stopping.
Ah, yes. The transitions did suck.
Slow + hi-hat is too loud.
Bad notes with the Strings.
Boring Bass beat in the part with the strings
I liked the bass drum, but it got boring after a bit. Maybe change it once you get the bass in?
What do you mean by slow? Do you mean the tempo?
Yeah, but also it was a bit boring, and I didn’t like the return to sheet 1 at the end (it came too soon).
Sorry about the double post.
Double posts are fine when they include new songs.
My main problem with the song was that the melody line changed timbre every note, making it really hard to follow. I couldn’t even decide whether that was the melody until about halfway through.
AWWWW YEAAAAHHHHH!!!
Like my new nickname? cartr0x?
It loops so you can have a non-stop dance party. I can’t believe I just said that.
what happened between last (origional) song and this song… it sounds a lot better than journey to the sun.
GOD DAMNIT CARTR0X THAT WAS SERIOUSLY AMAZING LIKE REALLY TOP NOTCH STUFF RIGHT THERE.
Nice melody, good beat and you easily got your goal of an old school techno song down.
Haven’t posted a song lately.
If it’s true what Starburst says, then v3 will come out soon. This’ll be my “farewell” song to this version. It’s only one of my best songs I’ve ever created.
@cartr0x PLEASE make an extended version, you should add a break so that it doesn’t become too repetitive and then a solo, it would be an insta feature then.
Well it was supposed to be a loop, but ok. Why not?
EDIT: Why do so many people like that song I made, I mean that’s great that you like it, but it was just an expirement. So nothing is really that me.
EDIT: Ok, releasing Extended version tonight at 7.
FINALLY someone else used my term. Now we’ll have a different phrase for when a song is so good it deserves special notice (other than “epic”).
Just messing around with high tempos and stuff. I think it sounds cool. ![]()
Interesting use of the bass drum. ![]()
I agree, that sounds great!
