So we can imagine that he’d be a lot stronger.
Basically, if Superman’s at the point of desperation or of roid rage we’d expect his powers be way more…powerful.
But in the movies he’s always so… weak. the most I’ve ever seen him do is lift an island. I could do that coughI’m-a-liarcough
Goku did 1000 one handed pushups under 100x Earth’s gravity, and that was before he even reached like 1/4 of his current maximum power. I think he’s more than capable of taking on an island lifter.
His power level was less than one million. goes back to look at original post thats 1/450 times his stregth at the end.

Also, Goku’s a lot faster than we think. at a power level of 300, they had a whole fight, a conversation, and 4 pages of a manga… all in one second. Nobody could even see them.
Superman is also a lot faster (but not faster than Goku). He went 1 million times the speed of light, almost destroying the whole galaxy, including himself, becuase of it.

EDIT: Scratch that (sort of) because if he gets the first hit, he could win, but Goku is far stronger than him. Any info that makes his strength seem comparable to Goku’s?
lol, there’s only 4 galaxy’s in the DBZ universe! Goku could destroy the whole galaxy if he messed the enemy and hit the planet.
And no, superman may be able to have an infinite amount of energy when he flys, but his punches are slower than the speed of sound… Goku wouldn’t even have to try to dodge them. Plus they aren’t as strong as goku’s.
Hmmm, that would be a loss for everybody.

-lift planets
-be invincible (well, only to known forces in his universe, I suppose. Goku’s attacks may be able to break through his “dense molecular structure”)
All the other thing listed there won’t help him much (except maybe heat vision).
