All names of everyone involved in the collab have been put into a hat. Not just any hat though; a special hat.
In order to obtain this hat you had to journey through the seven seas, climb Mount Everest, and battle a dragon who lives at the top. Legend says that only one person has ever made it past the dragon to get to the hat. This person was Tsukasa’s great-grandfather, who told his son with his last dying breath: “Only one of us can be worthy enough to use this. It is not you, and it is not me, but when the time comes, you will know who.” He then died just as the mexicans found their hiding spot.
Years later, Tsukasa was born. He displayed great power, intelligence, and sarcasm, even at an early age. His father pulled him aside and explained the history of the hat, as well as the importance of it. Tsukasa took the hat without a second thought.
Then, 12 years later, with the father gone and the history long forgotten, Tsukasa decided to create the Notessimo Community Collaboration. For the sake of not forgetting who everyone in the collab is, Tsukasa put all of the names onto pieces of enchanted paper and stored them inside the hat.
And the time will come to remove a piece from the hat. This is not as easy a task as it sounds. In order to remove something from the hat, you must first draw a circle in the ground with a special potion, and mutter an incantation while performing an interpretive dance that only the chosen few know.
Tsu is one of those few.
Tsu will do these things. Then, and only then, will Tsu pull a name out of the hat…and then completely go back on his decision and say “Fuck it, I’ll just do it.”
tl;dr: Tsu has a hat.

In my opinion, Yellowtail’s part should be the final part. It has a beautiful ending. The only thing that needs to be changed is the transition to sheet 25 (Nuse’s part).
oh for the love of john deacon, it’s already my turn. I probably won’t turn mine in until the 29th, just because I haven’t composed with Notessimo in months, or even composed in general in a long time. I’ll try to finish it as ASAP as possible.
