No, If you are stupid you are better in a fight. Notice, Goku (dragonball z main guy) has a very low IQ and can predict what the other person is about to do. Luffy (One piece main guy) is in the negative IQs and learns how to do superpowers just by watching them once- and he’s a human 
Also, He figured out how to use a piece of gold to destabilize the currents of a giant electric sphere that was going to destroy a giant island. Since when did people with a negative IQ be able to figure that out?
