Haha I listened to this song almost four times before I realized it was over. It was really good. I’ve never heard the original but it can’t possible better than your version!

Just had a scintillating idea. For “We’re the Robots”, all the people in this thread could do a portion of 5 or so measures, stringing it along, then at the end we would have a song in everyone’s different styles! (I’m looking at you, Dr. S.) So, who’s in?

I’ll help. though i think instead of 5 measures, we should all make a portion of it, where you can tell the music chsnges should be a stopping point. so about 4-16 for each person would be a better estimate (in my opinion).

Megaman 10
A poem by Easyaspi

We set our tale in 20XX,
When Dr. Wily the world does vex.
When all of a sudden, out of the blue,
8 robots were infected, and Roll was sick too.
The sickness, Roboenza, spread around the land,
and Megaman, our hero, thought Wily was at hand,
but Wily played fair, and thought he should help out,
while Mega went and beat the bots in a rout.
Soon after, my friends, he caught the bug too,
and Wily showed up, and told the whole planet what he would then do.
“Hey Robots,” he said, with a grin on his face,
“if you’re sick and want healing, then come to my base.”
“Work for me and I will give you the cure,
but Mega won’t save you, that I’ll assure.
He’s come down with the sickness himself.”
But Roll gave him the pill, bringing him to health.

His saucer floats across the land,
Roboenza cures in hand.
He goes by the name of Doc Wily,
in which he from the scene did flee.
After a chase Mega found his castle large,
into which, through the rain, he finally did charge.
Then rematches, a crab, and a devil he beat,
And Wily’s pirate ship he did soon then defeat.
But Wily, the scamp, flew off into space,
and Mega then happened into a great chase.
So with the stage flipped around and the low grav around,
And he managed to fly through the station with abound.
So then Wily appeared in his capsule, times two,
but Mega beat him with the Chill spikes which flew
through the air, Wily’s weakness exposed,
and onto which 2 hp damage imposed.
So once again our hero saved the day,
while Wily, again started begging away.
But Wily, got sick, with the Robo, it seems,
but then he himself, to the clinic he deems.
But then Wily escapes, through the window, of course,
But lots of cures he leaves, from his own special source.
So is the villain done yet, or cooking up schemes in his shell?
This, my good friend, only madam time shall tell.

My favorite wily machine theme done pretty much flawlessly. Good job, 5 stars, the lead synth is a bit quiet though.

Right now I’m almost done with Burst, so I’ll start with some of the stuff in Megaman and Bass soon. Dynamo Man or Magic Man, they’re my favorites.

Man, some of the ones from 3 and onwards are really damn good. Gemini Man, Wave Man, Gravity Man, Pharoah Man, and Star Man are all keepers.

I have an unfinished one that I’m not gonna tell the name of yet (Feel free to guess though). The melody track is done, but since it’ll take a lifetime to finish all of the tracks, and It’s passable as an unfinished song at the moment, I thought, why not post it.

EDIT: I’m getting through the song much quicker than I expected. The most recent version has finished drums and partly finished bass. (And now, because of the below post, I can tell you what the theme is)
