A minor does not use the exact same notes a C major, Lol.

it is a relative minor (it has the same key signature, hence the same notes)

Huh, I thought
C Major, CDEFGABCBAGFEDC
A Minor ABCDEFGAGFEDCBA / ABCDEFG#AG#FEDCBA / ABCDEF#G#AGFEDCBA
Quite different, I think you’ll agree.

Nope, not different at all, the only real difference is that one is a major and one is a minor…and they each start on a different note.

And with minors you dont use the “happy triads”

To expand a little on this post (please don’t get mad at me!) Minors are made to sound sad, and majors are made to be happy.

Yeah, Im still kind of confuzzled about the differnce though, minus the fact about which triads you use (which I don’t know much about)

The only difference between a minor and its complementary major (what I call the major with the same notes & key signature) is the “mood” of the song…often times you can tell with the first or last notes if the song is major or minor…

But your limited to only some of the triads.

A. HOLY SHIT THATS ALOT OF VOTES!!

B. Im guessing this tut is done too

I think this was one of the first polls.

It only has a lot of votes because you can vote more than once lol.

Still, 100 votes minimum is still a lot.

you mean maximum? 100 is the highest so far.

No there has to be at least 100 voters. The maximum is 441 (as it says, but they’re talking about single votes).

I am not understanding at all. but I now see that there are 441 votes so far.

But remember you can vote on more than one thing. So the amount of votes were between 100 and 441.

I see now… but I think your calculating it wrong. there’s 5 choices, so wouldn’t there have to be 500 votes for there to be a minimum of 100 voters?

You’re assuming everyone is choosing all of the options. Some people will probably be only choosing one or two.

I didn’t do anything, I swear!
