My mom was making lunch today. I saw something in the pot and asked, “Are those potatoes? (I hate potatoes).” My mom replied, “No, these are cooked apples :P”…
When I went to eat, I picked up a cooked “apple” and bit it. Not only did it not taste like apples, but it was mushy. I picked out all of the potato bits and ate the other stuff. Then my mom walked over. “You know what I like about the white potatoes? They don’t taste like the other potatoes. So did you like your potatoes?” She asked. When she arrived at the table a split second later, she saw the potato bits in a separate pile and got frustrated because I wasn’t fooled. “Eat your fucking potatoes Michael.”
