Indeed it is. A spot of it seems a bit arrhythmic, but I appreciate it in the song. Might just be author’s bias, though.

woah, what time signature is that?
syncopated 7/8, once the strings and other instruments come in after the drumset, it makes it feel a bit off-beat and off-time. It possibly might have some polymetric/polyrhythmic stuff in there.
