Most of the screen disappears after minimizing the application. Not sure what else may be contributing to it on my end at the moment.

Gotcha! Was able to repro it, only happens when the window is in fullscreen and then minimize. Thank you for the report!
Should be fixed in the latest release. Auto-update should kick in next time you start the app (if not close it again and open it again).
