a little bit more on it…
I didn’t like the change from sheet 9 to 10. The strings on 10 just sounded random and distracting after sheet 9. If you listen to 10 by itself its okay, but when you go from the actual string melody to that… doesn’t sound so great.
The string melody is good, but just the sound of it doesn’t sound right, where each is overlapping the other. Had the rest of the song done this, it would’ve been fine. But later you have a melody which is very choppy (WHICH IS NOT BAD), but the strings contrasted it greatly, as to the point of an odd sound, where you have some “smooth-ish” parts and some separated parts together…it’s just an odd sound.

Well see heres the problem… when I wrote the song (look at sheet 7) I made a pickup note starting in the same measure, so the pickup note should have started “before” the song, but it didnt… (BIG MISTAKE). So that makes it hard. The violins in sheet 10 are not going to stay (I just put them their to see).
