Thanks, but I don’t understand how some of my songs get lots of likes and then others get zero likes even though I think they sound decent.
Unfortunately, people liking one of your creations doesn’t guarantee them liking the rest of them. Also, people not pressing “like” on your creation does not mean that people do not like it, nor does it mean that they dislike it.
Maybe they actually DO dislike it though but there’s no way to tell for sure without an explicitly negative comment to back that up, so we shouldn’t assume the worst. They might just as well not have heard it, or maybe they just didn’t think of pressing the “like” button, so why not assume that instead?
As for this song specifically: It’s a full length song and it’s apparent that you put effort into it. Those kinds of uploads have a tendency to do better than snippets or unfinished work.
I love the celebratory vibes of this song, it gives the impression of somebody who just won the lottery.
I think the ending could be a bit more spectacular; maybe you could throw in a jazz trope like, say for example, a IV-IV#-V piano climb into a final flourish with all the instruments.
