Yeah, when Hypo originally made this thread he wanted everyone to just request collabs, then post the finished product in the appropriate thread. However, that would make this thread a bit useless because most of the time people ask to collab by PM. So I think either use is good.
People go by PM, because they want the collab to be a secret. If people knew someone was collabing, they would be in the browse section looking for previews like me. Lol.
