Crowbar by Hellstick

There were actually supposed to be one more sheet showing the whole melody but my compose thingymobob fucked me over and crashed before i could save it… And now i have to go and thus cannot remake it before later… Oh wellz…

Anyway, ya’ll might remember this, even though its somewhat old… I thought i’d try and make some more sheets, and this is the result. Cheers!

Edit: I recreated the lost sheet. This is basically how it sounded before notessimo crashed on my ass…

Sheet 25-28

The other parts were also boss… but sheets 25-28 were sheer… epicness? Those dumb little 8 letters hardly seem adequate for such an amazing song.

and the only reason sheets 25-28 felt so perfect were because of the other powerful sections leading up to it…

sheet 0

That “Open Hi Hat #2” ‘melody’… can totally stand alone… forever…

I don’t need to say any of this, everyone already knows it… deep down inside.

(I have never ‘liked’ a song before)

Meh, t’was alright… The only decent sheets imho were 25-28, the rest were too…boring. 3/5.

^ Excuse me?

Sorry, but the drum beat was… boring, to say the least. The melody was pretty good, but everything other than 25-28 was too boring for me.

It’s the genre, appreciate it for the genre it is classified in, besides it was only really the intro and build up to the more eventful part of the song, it’s nowhere near finished.

I know it’s nowhere near finished. I just find techno songs in general boring, and this was nothing new to me. I rated it for what I thought it deserved, a not perfect rating for a not perfect song. When/if it gets finished, I might rate it higher.

Dear Hellstick, i wish i could feature all your songs, but i’m not a moderator.

You… How do you understand sound so well? You do these kinds of things in a little flash game… How do you even?!

I dunno man… Magic i guess?

You have way more patience than I do when it comes to making songs on this site. I commend you good sir! You’ve always been exceptionally good, and it only gets better every time.

The problem is, that some people feel like they HAVE to put a new song up every day… That is not how i see it, since that sort of mentality usually means shoddy or boring uploads… At least for me. If i have to force out the track it wont be good. This is the same reason why almost all of my tracks are unfinished, since they wont be as good if i have to force myself to work on them. On the other hand, when i actually feel motivated i tend to work better and achieve better results… It usually means i spent way more time on my tracks then i should, but its a price im willing to pay to make music im satisfied with:)
