We mean Farenheit. To you, 102/103 would be about 39 Celcius. And 20 Celcius is only 68 in Farenheit, which is what Spring is supposed to be here, but we were getting 80-95 F (27-35 C) in Jersey, which are temperatures found in the summer months.
