Okay, so I took Blarg’s advice from the previous version (and a bit of my own advice as well) and pretty much overhauled the entire snippet.

Hopefully this version sounds a lot better for you!

Not really. Still could be better though.

The bassline is inaccurate. There are 9 of the same note being played, when it should only be 8 every other kick.
