On the compose page, under the link to download the Notessimo Converter, I noticed there was download SWF, EXE, DMG, and BIN. What are those? I clicked on all of them and Internet Explorer said the page couldn’t be found. Are they to download Notessimo 2 on to my computer?
Yes, I believe those are going to be used to download Notessimo 2 to your computer so you don’t need to go online to play it. Starburst hasn’t put it up yet though. That’d be really helpful…soon, I lost Internet to my laptop somehow, so I can’t work on any of my songs until I get it back

Nobody has any idea when anything will be available. Starburst has other things in his life to do other than constantly work on notessimo, so it may be awhile before the next update. He has been on recently though. (Don’t know if that means anything)

Don’t know about that, but I do know we are overdue for an update. I think it may come as a new-year’s gift. If I remember right, at the beginning of the month, Starburst put a shout on someone’s Kongregate account (Heartasword, I think) saying he would work on an update over the holiday’s. Ah, here it is:
