I did 4/4 with triplets in groups of five to try and make it sound weird while using a conventional time signature
So, basically, I’m getting blatantly inspired by/subtly ripping off of meshuggah
because… well… as Devin Townsend puts it…
“While we all have lots of bands who influence still… we all rip off Meshuggah”
