Also. The new player. I’m noticing a lower quality in samples compared to the older one

i think the new player is set to best sound quality by default, as opposed to high sound quality in the old player

Yeah. I haven’t been on at all because the internet when I’m NOT at college is limited and through my parents phones.
When I am at college I’m distracted enough that I don’t do much composing.
