Instruments need tuning

I hope this is a fixable issue. I’ve noticed in the last notessimo that many of the intruments are slightly off key and some were way off. There was a brass instrument (Tuba? Don’t quite remember) that was so far off that I could fix this just by making it flat, heh. The same thing is happening with this notessimo. I’m not sure where you’re getting your sounds or if they are editable, but some of them need tuning if possible. I was trying to add some bass in a song I was making and found that the Synth Bass #2 was a bit off. It’s the only bass that would fit decently with the song unfortunately. Assuming something can be done about them, I am dedicating this thread to any instruments that need tuning. I’ll start off by adding Synth Bass #2 though I’ve ran across more than just that. I’m just too lazy to pick through them atm.

yea i noticed that too. the low piano or w/e starts out with a nice sound then goes out of tune. just make it a whole note and see what i mean

Here’s what I’ve found:

Bass #1 (string); it sounds pretty sharp.
BOTH synth basses (string); sharp.
Synth #2 (keyboard); sharp.
Triangle Wave #1 (keyboard); sharp.
Trumpet #1 (brass); sharp.
Piccolo Trumpet #1 (brass); sharp.
Soprano Sax #1 (woodwind); sharp.

All of the above are surprisingly the same note, so they shouldn’t be that hard to tune. There is one more I found, and it’s weird. Crystal #1 (misc) sounds like an E flat instead of a C, so thats really far off.

The male vox needs to be tuned down one octave 8-)

with the male vox, i think its too low for middle c.

Rhodes #1 has a whistle and it is off tuning too if you play longer notes on it: play a brevel on it and you’ll hear what i mean.

Harpsichord #1 sounds a bit flat.
