I don’t know if I’m gonna stick around for long, but just in case, I thought I would say hi.
To start off, I was a big fan of the original Notessimo. I made a couple short songs on there, nothing very impressive. One day, I open up the page and I see a link advertising the beta of the new version! I immediately headed off to check out this new site, and I was hooked.
I have been using Notessimo.net on and off (more off than on) for a while now. In fact, I looked up some of my older songs using The Almighty Google and I found my oldest song I could find was almost three years old! So where have I been all this time? When I was younger, I didn’t spend a lot of time posting on forums; I just lurked. In 2009, I decided I would create a forum account and hold my username, just in case. (Who here remembers the old, light, and not-nearly-as-cool-as-the-one-now forum theme? I do.)
I lost most of my on-and-off stuff that I made over the past few years because I was paranoid about people stealing my work and trying to pass it off as their own. I always used the save/load feature, and (almost) never hit the share button. The effects of browser clearings (I think my computer had a program that did it routinely), computer changes, and incinerated hard drives mean I have to start from scratch. I came back to the site recently (not sure why) and started composing again. In fact, I’m currently working on a song right now … but I have this bad habit of not finishing things that I start. I promise if I ever finish it, I’ll post it.

The Cannon Recoil Project might be even better, the only problem it’s only 10 seconds long. I’d love for you to make it into a proper song.
