It’s a great song, but I think the last strat note doesn’t sound right. (I think an E would sound good (then you could have a D before it (but this is only my opinion))).
I tried that, but it makes it sound dissonant (layer 2 acoustic is playing an F B F chord and a minor second is formed)
Change layer two then to an Eminor chord.
but then I would have to change alot 
and I’m too lazy.

look that was my way of saying I think it’s a bad idea, I was trying to not offend you, but I don’t like using an E minor chord in a sheet where only full power chords and variations of them are used. It would also require re-working the starting sheets, making a more negative impact on them then the one note that would sound better.
I am thinking it would be best to find a pitch that works in the current chord structure.
It’s alright if you don’t want to do it. That’s just what I would have done.
