Oh, well, that is the song title I found on a wiki, maybe the original title of the song is “Forest Maze Rawest”, and the vocalized version of it is “Beware of the Forest’s Mushrooms”.

Thanks, actually, I just copied most of the parts from a music sheet, and modified it with little transpositions and adding notes, like in Bar 328 or Sheet 18, Bar 8, I added bass notes and the “choppy” feel to it.
