unclemat95 has provided me with a download link to a working V2 SWF since the official executable won’t run on my Windows 7 PC. Not sure if the latest Flash player 32 projector will run on XP. If you’re having the same troubles as me you can download V2 here:

Been a while since I posted. I appreciate it. The Acoustic Guitar still sounds out of tune on the V3 Legacy. When will you provide an offline player with the V2 remaster soundfont that has the correct Acoustic Guitar tune?
Btw I’m now using Windows 10 32 bit
Not to worry, just load up this song in V3 Standard. You can save the .note file through the OG file link.

Update: It didn’t work in Standard however it worked in V3 Legacy.
On Standard I got a Dude! No!! message that said Couldn’t read file!, when it was done loading. It locked me out of the instrument panel on the right and the icons are now color boxes.
V3 Legacy on the other hand just works with no issues. It took the file alright
