Nice arrangement, I like the Spanish sound you gave the song. I like the stereo bass, makes the low end sound big.
In the A section, measure 3 and 4, this is a great place to let the counter melody shine when the lead melody becomes static. You can try doubling and swelling the counter melody in volume to add more activity during that point. This is a great technique that can be applied generally to any composition.
