Make Selection Tool More Precise

Selection tool is too sensitive, the selection box can be like a half inch away and it will still select. It’s too easy to accidently select of ton of stuff you don’t want to.

Selection should only select if it’s touching the icon like in V3.

Maybe this is for easier selection in mobile? If that’s the case, can it at least be a preference?

Sure, I can change this! It was actually this way before, but I change it. I’ll make the more “precise” version default and add a preference to switch mode.
