Well what browser are you using? Also check your add-ons/extensions, sometimes they cause a problem.

browser is fine, look at your extensions.
Try going to Tools - Options - Content and make sure all the boxes are checked.
All boxes are checked. My browser must have not loaded fully enough to get the pic-a-ture.
Make sure your firewall fully allows Firefox’s access.
