It was long thought to be hazardous to your save file if you caught it, but it does absolutely nothing if you catch it. Upon seeing it ,however, your Hall of Fame will be corrupted and random music, often with missing bass parts and is played until you exit the Pokemon Center. But I can’t believe you would post in a Pokemon thread and not know about MissingNo.

Its also In Silver, gold and crystal!!! But its a completely different way to get it.
I also like how there are so many glitches in pokemon… mainly when using a gameshark.

I actually have one in my Crystal in the Day Care because I was doing the Celebi Egg trick to get the GS Ball (I heard it works like that, as well as getting Celebi), but it didn’t work. Anyway, a glitched Pokemon named ??? appears in your Day Care after you do it, and usually disappears afterwards. Its OW sprite is that of MissingNo.

And the only way I’ve eve3r seen to get celebi is through a game shark. How’d you get yours?

Well, I didn’t get mine because it didn’t work. There are supposed to be two ways to get them via glitch eggs (not cheating). I forget the exact methods, but you can find them on Bulbapedia.

Okay. This is gonna sound really dumb, but in Gale of Darkness I can’t give my Eevee my water stone I got in the beginning. When I select my Eevee and then Item, my options are Give and Take (and Exit). Maybe it’s because I only have two Pokémon. My Teddiursa and Eevee but oh well. How can I give (key word there) a water stone to my Eevee.

Select “give”?

Dude< go to the water stone first, not eevee, there should be an option that says “use”

I think the only way to get Celebi is a special event. That’s how my friends got theirs (I missed it, sadly).
It might not have come to your area yet. You should look it up
