What? A melody can be at any timing. You’re just used to usual timings where it just has to be one way. Also, there could be tempo changes to compensate for triplets.
Cartr0x, it means to have one instrument’s volume lowered because of another.
The usual is like a pad to a bass drum. You can youtube “How to sidechain” and you’ll get a basic understanding of what it is.

Splendid job on the song, but I feel like you just transitioned into the main part of the song and then ended it.

I didn’t like this one as much, too many cut aways and rapid changes in volume (by rapid I mean getting really loud then getting quiet again) in to short of time, and the sections moved too fast. As for voting Im not going to say if it should be featured… because I don’t know which decision the rest of notessimo people will agree with :.
I will say that if this was an original then definitely, but since its a re-arrangement then im on the fence about it (I don’t even know if this is a re-arrangement this time or a cover of a re-arrangement, because last time it was just a cover of a re-arrangement but he gave no credit to the original person).
Yes, this is an arrangement. Here’s the original. If you listen to it, you’ll see that the volume changes and cutoffs are in the original as well. Personally, I loved the fast and upbeat style of the song, but I suppose that’s a matter of taste. Still, I think this is an incredible and faithful adaptation of the song, and is quite enjoyable to listen to.
But yes, I agree, he should definitely credit the original artist of the song.

AGH! You don’t pan drums, especially to something as high as 60 percent! When I said to separate the instruments, I didn’t mean to separate them that far!
