Please don’t ask if your song will get featured if it’s unfinished. How are we supposed to know if the last half is as good as the first?

Question: Who on this site actually has the ability to feature songs now? Is it all mods? Some of the mods? Just Starburst? I feel that features are being given much more sparingly than before.
Already finished, but I want to post it on Halloween. Along with Death Waltz. Still unfinished with Death Waltz. Only 1/8 done.
