Really really good!

Overall I liked the piece. My only major complaint, even though syncopation and complexity of rhythms is practically your specialty, is that the part between 4:14-4:33 feels much too convoluted in tonal harmony and rhythm between the bass and the instruments used for the multiple melodies to really have the time to make sense of what is going on (just my opinion of course). Other than that, nice to hear another full length piece from you.

Oooh a full length song, nice. I like the rhodes / piano melody that comes in around 43 seconds, and I like this song. Makes me want to make something with a lot of notes

m1-50: Pretty good, especially drumming. Chorus exemplifies this, but the bass never changing doesn’t help the speed of it.
m50-147: the vision for the song is obviously lost; random progressions that never feel quite right [maybe if the bass wasn’t the lead at this part], revisit to chorus was nice tho
m147+: nothing works here.

nah

I’m don’t know music enough to give constructive criticism.

(I also like m147+ a lot)

at 3:30 it starts to sound really cool, but then at 3:36, the way it just goes back to the normal chord makes it kinda lose the energy build up, and it seems like it just kinda becomes a forgettable piece after that. is that just me, or what?

sometimes i wonder if there are actual professional composers on this site, just here to kill time between paying jobs. this is one of the reasons why
