I wonder, why is it that whenever I make a song, it gets bad ratings, but when I make a drum solo, it gets fairly good ratings? Is it that I’m better at drum solos than songs? Or is it the way people think of my songs that makes me so bad?
I know you are gonna hate, so go ahead, make my self confidence drain.
why your songs have bad ratings:
you never change the note length
your melodies are not complex
you are a new member, most new members suck at writing music.
why your drum songs are so good:
they have variety and substance which make them awsome.

Thank you for the reminder, though I think after your comment, I’m only making drum solos from here on…
Also, I’ve been a member of Notessimo for a while.
You just have to write a lot of songs and you’ll see you get better at it. When I just started my songs (other account) were horrible.
Plus, why is it that when other people do non-complex melodies, they STILL get praise?
