V3 does allow you to pick out time signatures right?
The distortion guitar sprite seems farther to the left then it actually is. 
Also hover over instruments and look at the second number of the Position. It goes to 12, meaning that there is 13 beats in a measure.
(don’t forget that position 0 is beat number 1, and position 12 is beat 13)
But I don’t know a lot about music.

I can’t wait. The instruments sound SOOOOOO much better, custom odd time signatures are amazing, didn’t think that it would go much above 10/8, but I was wroooong.
Quick question: Can you use multiple time signatures in a song? I.E. have one sheet in 7/8, and another in 5/4?

Well for time signatures you choose between 1-15/(2^0-2^6)
And yes, each sheet can have different time signatures. Rejoice.
