Add a tempo Tap function for setting tempo.

You mean like a metronome? For like, previewing the BPM? So that we can skip all the guesswork of having to place four notes on each downbeat on the bar and fiddling with the BPM until we get something satisfying?

Metronome would be a fine addition too. Tempo Tap would be a button on the tempo menu that can be pressed to set the tempo after pressing a consistent tempo with it.
