That guy is a Moderator, he got V3 in december 2013.

If you wanna get v3 yourself, you have to be patient & happy with what you have. (and i fucking told Skyriad that too, but he didn’t listen)

v3 is currently in closed beta. That being said, there are 3 ways of getting a beta version.
How do you get v3?
-Be a moderator (There’s enough at the moment though)
-Be an old member at the time the beta started.
-People who have gotten a featured song have been known to get it.
People with V3 either have a blue name, or a green name (moderator)
(or a red name lol)
