sorry for the 2x post but…
sheet music made songs are annoying for the fact that YOU arent doing anything, youre just sitting there and clicking, its not cool.
Oh hey, it’s that guy DC, he seems to have come up with an original song. Probably had a l… wait, ALL BY HIMSELF?
Anyway, NEED HALP GUISE, SRSLY
I’m stuck on what to add on to/after 6. Really got no ideas at the minute. Should I add something in from before, or a completely new phrase? What key would the phrase be in? WHAT IS THE DAMN PHRASE? I dunno. If anyone bothers helping, feel free to do whatever, just be careful of any harmonies you add. I’m very particular about the harmonies.
In fact, is this even worth continuing? I don’t really see a lot in it, but I dunno. I’m pretty useless at original compositions.
i started out trying to write a technical death metal song. i don’t know where it went but im stuck. i don’t really like the structure either.
help please?
or just take it.
EDIT: posted the wrong one, it’s the right one now.
The only thing I’d complain about is the guitar in the “verse” parts of that song. Given, the guitars are limited in sound for this program (I honestly think the distorted sample fits doom metal best), there are ways to make it sound a bit more fierce. Probably drop the notes a bit on the scale, see what happens.
On the flip side, the changing tempos was actually managed fairly well. Keep working at it.~

Lemme start by saying- damn, that song was funky.
As for new parts, I’d start adding onto it, after taking out sheet 5 or 6. Whichever would work better. Instrument suggestion: Nothing specific really, but any mellow instrument seems like it’d fit in well, so long as it helps build the song into the sort of “on a cloud” feeling it has going.
