There is actually a genre called techno metal, i personally think its good…metal guitars can often go quite well with some techno instruments as well (just in-case you wanted a more metal-ish feel)
Also…“Self vs self” a song by “Pendulum” (Techno) featuring “In Flames” (Metal)

Your beats (IMO) are quite good, however some are a little teeny bit too fast, therefor not being able to get a strong feel for the beat…but still good If you get what i mean?
