I was going to collab with guitarmania on this, but he hasn’t been on notessimo for a while.
I decided to cancel the collab. Most of this is mine (He changed around the strings a little, and I changed them afterwards.)
Heh, that’s funny because I’m taking Algebra 1 Honors this year Nice, I’m in trig… and we’re still using it! (From Algebra I to Geometry, then Algebra II and the finally Trig (after a semester of Stats) … and there it is… dang mind control, it’s just like the metal guitar on Notessimo [2 more weeks of school :3].HOLY! We only have 1 week left and we had 2 and 1/2 weeks of snow or so… what the hell did you guys do?
Yes very random. Just think though. John Rueben is considered Hip-hop. Aslong as you find the right guys rapish hip-hop is awesome. John Rueben and toby mac are examples.
I don’t like rap. If anything, I would listen to Run DMC, but not often. They have rap, but they also put a lot of music into their rap, which makes it much better than today’s rap, which has no true value of music.
That’s what I meant when I said: “As long as you find the right guys…” There are many of them if you can find them. I’m not sure if we have the same beliefs, (I am a Christian) but that’s why I listen to Christian rap. I also like Christian rock like Brian Head Welch, Skillet, The Letter Black, etc. I’m also for the contemporary pop like Building 429, House of Heroes, 10th Avenue North, Sidewalk Prophets, etc. Like what one of John Rueben’s song says:
“Ya’ll got to be kidding
man, some of ya’ll treat art like it was some sort of religion
following the rules one two and on through
to the point you don’t create art
art created you
ya’ll got to be kidding
some of ya’ll treat hip hop
like it was some sort of religion
following the rules
one two and on through
to the point you don’t create hip hop
hip hop created you”
[b]It’s not that I don’t try to finish my songs. It’s that I often wait too long, to a point where the original idea expressed by the said piece is long gone; or I’m simply stuck on where to go with it.
Regardless, a slow-paced experimental utilizing that lonely drum loop. :b
