Lies
I’ll give you something different.
[notessimo]A song with the same old drum beat from almost every rock song you do.[/notessimo]
Good song. My only problem is in the quote. Please finish.
And I second DD’s notion.
I said metal…so the drumbeat IS going to change.
I got the beat stuck in mah head.
SHARES BACK! YES!
And I finally finished Waiting Waters.
I had to copy and paste the screen for the last few sheets…you could probably guess…
Thank god for paint and prt scr.
Very good song Unk, some parts were amazing (like bar 20 and the ocarina bits for example) but I felt it had lost its originality, especially as the Cheers sound was repeated over and over again, and also it seemed choppy like unconnected ideas, which made it sorta drag on. Still it was very good. 4.5/5
Unknowedy-pwndy is back with…
Leave your comments at the front door. I’ll pick them up later.
Nicely done Unknowned 4.7/5
(it was pretty repetitive, and i thought the fender strat is a bit too high)
cracks fingers
Do you know what time it is?
So here we have it, unknowned has finally recovered from the 90 degree nosedive into mediocrity he took a few months ago. Sure waiting waters was good, but his works from the past few months were barely notable compared to all of his old songs. This song on the other hand is neither “Oldknowned” nor “Newknowned”, instead it’s “Newnewknowned”.
Sheet 0, initially this came off to me as something muse would write. Typical unknowned starting off his songs so simply.
Sheet 1, my first thought was “AW SHIT THIS IS SWEET” followed by my second thought "This would sound alot better if Unknowned took a more rockish approach, this piano melody would make a sweet metal riff, the fender later on was great but it doesn’t really have the same effect.
The bridge before the first chorus was repetitive, but nice. The chorus itself doesn’t really stick out IMO, I honestly had no clue it was the chorus until it came around the second time. The second verse had some sweet ass effects though.
That bridge from sheet 24-32 flowed beautifully into the last chorus while still maintaining the random nature of the song.
9/10 song.
STRONGEST POINT: Drums.
Amen Roast
That was an amazing song Unk, the fender strats were just … amazing. I felt thought that like it was a bit too random though, like in the bridge between sheets 24-32.
Hey guys. Ready for a pointless update?
So I was grounded for 2 weeks blah blah
I find out after being ungrounded our Internet isn’t working…(being repaired)
…and find out Reach is extremely addictive.
If you want to chat while I’m home away from hell, I’m on my FB every now and then.
Hoping to come back soon…

(BTW I’m using a friends computer to post this.)

Not Notessimo music though,
I have to say it’s really good and professional-y though.
You know, going into the song I thought that it would be totally boring. Another techno song, and no matter how good it sounded, it would just blend into the background of the countless other techno songs. However, I like the fact that a song like this can from someone who wasn’t being paid (I hope), and it was a great listen. So now I have to take back what I said earlier, there’s something about techno written by someone who nobody knows, it can be so much weirder and outlandish and fun to listen to, which is what techno is.
My only complaint is the drumming, which was done correctly, it just didn’t take the song to that next level. Not sure if you intended the song as a rave, but with a slightly louder bass drum it would have been one.
Not gonna rate it, as it’s not a Notessimo song.
Well I’m probably done with Notessimo but I’m never done making music. I also copied my front page so incase if anything ever happens to it when I leave, I can always paste it somewhere else again.
So nice to know my forum is known as the most assoholic and most angry landmark on Notessimo.
So I’d figure I’d make a happy song. This is where I also say goodbye to Notessimo.
But the thing is I want to leave on a song that truly sounds like an Unknowned-sounding song but I don’t know what to really do with it. Rock, techno, or both? I really want your guys advice to help me figure out where I should go with this one because as I’ve said, this is my last Notessimo song. I want to leave off feeling like I’ve accomplished something over the past 2 years or so that I’ve been on Notessimo. I also want to clear up my rep about being a little too carried away by certain “episodes” that I’ve had here too. So I really need your guys help to make this a true song to finish off on.
What should I do? How can I make this better?
I liked the melody.

It’s funny, I saw you had posted and was quite surprised, I considered you a ghost of a ghost. You don’t need to make a going-away song to make us remember you, you’ve left your mark and there really isn’t anything you can do to change it at this point. Yeah you’ve had your ups and downs, but personally I will always remember you as the user who made Techno possible on Notessimo. Circus Express is one of the all-time greats on this site, and no matter how good new users are at the game, they’ll never capture the magic of Notessimo’s classic compositions. The survivability of these songs is incredible, and I will always yearn for more of it.
So rather then being judgmental of your actions, instead of feeling bad towards you for leaving, I have one thing to say:
Thanks.
