Im quite the opposite, I can only do original compositions, yet I fail at covering.

Ha, same with me. Always get frustrated after the first verse, struggle though the chorus, and give up. 
Anyway, Blarg, while I can’t collab with you (busy), I’ll say that it sounds very good so far. However I would suggest changing the type of violin used in sheet 0. It sounds strange for some reason.
As for continuing, how about you start thee next sheet on “do” of the key, and try placing random notes (guitars)? Then rearrange them into a pattern similar to your guitar riff. That’s how I’ve gotten ideas before. Give it a shot and see how it works.
