If I recall this was a relatively quick piece, especially by my standards. The first version probably took less than a week in total time from very start to finish. The song is a relatively simple progression and never really divulges from it and uses repetition a lot. Even the melody I feel played it pretty safe. This however did lead to it being a very ‘nice’ sounding sound through its simplicity.
