V1 & 2 executable compatibility with Windows 7

I wanted to use the new Notessimo V2 offline executable but Windows 7 32 bit, which my laptop runs, complains:
“The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you’re running.” …and so on.
My laptop has a 64-bit CPU. Maybe the problem is the program was built for 64-bit arch and I may have to install 64-bit Win7 on it.
Ik MS ditched Windows 7 support in January this year but I don’t want the troubles and hassle of downloading and installing Win10 and constantly updating it everyday.
Am I the only one with this problem?

Thanks man you sir are a saint.
I’ve dug all over the internet including Google, and also trying using Archive.org’s Wayback Machine on this site for an actual SWF that doesn’t show the message “Embbed HTML will works when Notessimo is out of beta in a few days!”
I do have the Flash player app already. This one actually loaded and WORKED. Saved me a bunch of headaches! I’ll pass this around and make a new topic on it.

How do I flag this as solved? There’s no button for that. Do the admins do the work?

Oh! Yes I haven’t realized there could be a demand for it, I’ll generate those. Thank you
