The 4th measure in part 3 (beginning) doesn’t sound as good as it could be to me, it’s a C major chord which is very strong, I would recommend using something not as strong. Same with the last two parts in part 7, but I suppose you’d have to change a lot of the song with the way you set it up if you changed these things.

Depends on which scale. In Major Scales, it’s I IV V
In Minor Scales its III+ (augmented) VI VII
