“We go nowhere”
So, this was an interesting song to write. “Waiting for Godot” was the name of a french ‘tragicomedy’ about two men waiting for someone named Godot, who never shows up. The idea behind this song was that its sound embodied whatever ‘tragicomedy’ means. Regardless, this is the first time I’ve ever used horn instruments in my music, so getting a good sound was challenging.
I’ve been meaning to ask after my first couple of songs, but; Is it weird to put lyrics to the vocals? I’d like to hear people’s thoughts.
