Final Fantasy

I mean if we could post it here, such as songs from Crono Trigger and Mana. And can anyone do the Crisis Core version of One-Winged Angel?

Iā€™m not sure if iā€™m allowed to post this here, but the game Chrono Trigger is also by Square Enix, the creators of the Final Fantasy series.
This song is the battle theme of Chrono Trigger.

Pretty good but needs moar.

Also the fact that everything is offset by one beat will probably prove to be annoying at some point when dividing it up into sheets.

Iā€™ll be able to fix and add it, but not until tomorrow. iā€™ve got more stuff to worry about right now

That was not final fantasy, and as you can see, this is the final fantasy thread. Post it in the ā€œvidya gamesā€ topic in ā€œsongs.ā€ Souldnā€™t be too hard considering youā€™re already halfway there! you can do it! BTW just throwing this out there. Seymour battle theme. somebady do it please. kthxbai

New Dissidia: Final Fantasy coming out this next spring.

LOL Ive known this for like a monthā€¦ one of my friends is heavily into dissidia

I thought it releases in 2012.

December 21st???

Hello! This is my first post and also the first time I made a song with Notessimo.
FF5:Battle
Hope you enjoy

I did this by ear but im not good at listening to the chords or the bass drumā€¦

That was really good! Great song.

Couldnā€™t get the ā€œambushedā€ sound at the start, too fast for me

I plan to make a FF6 normal battle , since I havenā€™t seen any good ones yet (piano only ? )

hey i was only just starting then i was hoping to redeem myself with that, but you go ahead in my place, and that was good btw

Have you considered switching out strings #1 for strings #2 an octave higher? I think #1 is out of tune with the rest of the instruments youā€™re using. Sounds good, though.

For the transition sound effect at the beginning, you could try bringing it into Audacity and slowing it down. Tends to make those sorts of things much easier, and itā€™d be great to see it done.

Thanks , Audacity helps though slowing it down makes it echo a lot , selecting single notes to play is enough to hear what it is (havenā€™t used Audacity before)
Kinda hard to find a good instrument for the part. It needs some sort of metal percussion sound.
Switched to strings #2 , not much difference
tell me what you think of it (maybe suggest an instrument or combination of them for the ā€œambushedā€ sound)

Did you make sure to use ā€œChange speedā€ instead of ā€œChange tempoā€? The latter tries to maintain the pitch so it tends to make things sound distorted. The former will lower the pitch but as long as you only slow down to 50% or 25% itā€™ll just be at octaves so itā€™s still useful reference, and it sounds much smoother. It sounds like you got it pretty accurate anyway, though.

Iā€™ve gotta leave for another land soon so sadly I canā€™t help much more right now, but layering it up with the vibraphone seems to add alot, though itā€™s still not all the way there. I imagine almost anything out of the first 5 instruments in the ā€œPercussionā€ section could work. I also tried lengthening the the glockenspiel notes to a quarter note, it could probably benefit from more playing around with lengths.

Iā€™m Surprised nobody has done this song, but here it is, the Final Fantasy Prelude

itā€™s not finished, but i just wanted to show you that iā€™m doing it.

Thats an easy one if you know the chords. Its more of a piano piece which doesnā€™t sound impressive on notessimo and probably the reason no one has done it.

thats the exact reason, minus the fact that theres no harp which is another reason.

Itā€™s original name was ā€œthe crystal themeā€. the original instrument is the crystal.
