I love Maths, and I thing that some aspects in the “rectangles” are so original…
Anyway I prefer Circles-
Exactly my point…rectangles are horrible for this type of game it makes it 50 times harder to read the song…
I (by far) prefer the circles.

They are both from birds eye view, but stars are ok, and arrows can be fine depending how its done…
