Wow, i can’t believe how much about your personal lives you guys would share with people on the internet…
on to why im posting: I hate my school. FYI, I’m homeschooled which sounds better than it is. Don’t get me wrong, i think that everyone should take advatage that this is legal…but the current virtual charter school i’m in is terrible. State laws require that at least 7 hours in a week (total) are spent in direct contact with another person teaching you, in order to keep some structure, but basically other than that it’s free reign to do school. The annoying part is that the teachers set up their own course their way, not to any real guidelines. Also, the school is easy enough, (and I’m a junior) that I could’ve finished this semester in 2-3 months if I wanted to. But the teachers lock the assignments, so I basically am forced to work for about 10-20 minutes per course per day. That’s not what i’m annoyed about. what I’m annoyed about is that teachers also set a due date for any assignments for sunday of the same week. If a big test is due Friday, you can do it on saturday or sunday, but if you miss it your screwed. for those whom i hope don’t already know this (stalkers…) i moved a few weeks ago. This would be fine, except that the house we were moving into was brand new, therefore it wasn’t a registered address until a week after we moved in (some time around dec 7th i think). AT&T didn’t have a new address on us for a week, so we had no internet whatsoever. When a connection was finally established, i go back on to realize that all my straight a’s were bumped down to a c at best. in english, I had an F because there was a huge assignment worth over 100 points i missed. The teacher agreed to unlock the missed quizes and stuff so I could make them up, but school moved on at it’s suprisingly quick pace. I’ve worked my tail off for the whole month of december, and this week is the last week before the grades are locked forever and there is no return, AND I STILL HAVE A FAILING GRADE IN ENGLISH And ALGEBRA! Now I have to somehow catch up those two grades while at the same time juggling all my end-of-semester exams. i fear that i will go into the next semester with a failing grade all because of a problem i couldn’t control. I’ve never had this kind of problem, i’ve been a solid student making at least b’s and am a very good test taker. So it’s a huge slap in the face for someone like me to work moderatly hard over the semester, and overtime in december, and because of a seemingly small problem, I can be totally de-railed without any hope of return.
Pretty sad lately, with my mind slipping away, hating my life even though there is nothing to hate.
it turns out that i did great on my exams, I even got a 95 in English, my worst subject. i got through the rough Semester with three a’s, a b, and two c’s. not too bad in my opinion. right now i’m mad becuase I can’t really think of what song to do next. i’m feeling kinda like i want to do either a metal or horror-type genre, but my two attempts are complete failures.

The thing I hate about the internet is how it allows idiots to connect to the rest of the world and share their shit smeared opinions. I was checking the Facebook live feed a couple minutes ago, and I saw this status update from a group I joined. The update was encouraging donations to Haiti, which, if you didn’t already know, suffered from a massive earthquake ( a magnitude of 7.0 on the Richter Scale). From my experience on Youtube, I’ve learned that however good a cause is, however horrifying an event is, there will ALWAYS be AT LEAST one douchefuck who has to share an opinion filled to the top with profound levels of stupidity. I knew the same thing was going to happen to this status update as well. And I was right. I opened the comments section and found a flame war burning about. After reading through all the comments, I found two morons stirring shit up. Not gonna bother with the details on the first one. All I can say is: she’s a racist. Like, “fuck black people” racist. Yep, that pretty much summed up her stupidity. The second one showed his idiocy in another way. After someone asked if Obama was going to donate 100 million dollars to Haitian relief, this meathead wrote,“It’s way more than 100 million and its to a totally fictitious cause.” 
'Tha fuck is this? Red Cross estimates that 45 000 - 50 000 people were killed from the disaster. The Haitian Interior Minister believes the death toll reached 200 000. 3 000 000 people are waiting for international aid. And yet, with such a large scale disaster affecting so many lives, closed-minded assholes are still able to push garbage opinions out of their throats. This is ridiculous.

So the end of my first semester is near (as in two days left). I’ve gotten final projects from all my classes, they’re all pretty much done, have them all saved on my laptop. Earlier today I notice the battery is about to die, I go to plug it in… and the charger is broken. So all that work I’ve done for the last week, gone. My laptop is dead, charger won’t work annnnddd… these projects are due Tuesday. Great, innit?
So that probably means I’m gonna fail at least 2 of my 3 classes, and I’ll be coming back to my school for an extra semester next year. -.-
