you know, now that I think about it there are a lot of problems with this song, this being one of them. how many songs are associated with rain and happy at the same time? only ones that deal with the sun being out at the same time. I also don’t like the drums too much, they sound like hip-hop to me. If i am so bold as to rate this myself, i would rate it about 4.5/5. I’m glad you guys like it so much.
How about a critique on my newest song? it’s not great or anything (it is my first attempt at what in my opinion is the worst genre on Notessimo. i’d say Rap, but rap is mostly limited to lyrics, which are impossible in Notessimo), but I think it deserves at least a rating.

twas good, but you need to change it up a bit, you keep doing these based on 1 rythmn songs. the progress chords (being strings) arent the problem, the problem is that theyre basically the same throughout the song. Id hope to see a song from you that sounds good, but also changes its rythmn as well.
Hmm…I was planning on doing that next, but I realized that I had somhow alread reached the 3:00 mark, and I didn’t want to go too far over that. O think that main reason for that is that I made 16 measure-long sheets, with my next song, I plan on using 4 measure-long sheets.
That plus, I love how you included the metal guitar in such a touchy song without screwing up. Usually in a song like this the metal guitar would just be really annoying but NO. Awesome drum beat too.
btw, Gateway to paradise will always be your peak of acoustic rock.
