If you post a song that’s almost identical to the rest of your songs than of course you’re not going to get any commentsNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE THAT OFFENSIVELY HEAR ME OUT. The best thing I like seeing in people’s threads is Improvement. I like seeing people’s first songs and watching them gradually evolve from there. You… are going in reverse. Your best song seems to be the first song you posted in this thread and ever since then all you have been posting is songs made before this thread.
What I’m saying is- MAKE SOME NEW SONGS MAN. Stop basing your thread of the past! Now don’t just go ahead and just leave the rest of your old songs to rot, you can still post them… or even better, improve upon them. (Maybe for every new song, you post an old song?) I guarantee after a good while on notessimo, every one of your songs your going to look back on and say “WOW I SURE AM BETTER NOW THAN I WAS THEN.” It sure did happen to me, Unknowned, fishrocker, spacepixel, etc.

ATTENTION: Friday’s song was the wrong song. Look at the first post of this topic to see it.
Expound on Victorious. That was a Skycakes-Quality Piano riff. But the song was far too short to be good. As for the other songs, Saturday’s was awful. The drums over-powered it, and took away from innovative parts like the synth strings, and Monday’s song was just repetitive.
Huh, rather opposite to what I though. Sunday’s song was my first Notessimo song which is the one you liked best but I only kept because it was my first. I rather liked Monday’s song, but Saturday’s was my favourite, as the newest, which was your least favourite.
PS Monday’s song might have been repetitive because it was the first song I found out I could copy and paste in. So advantaging of my new found talent, I might have went a bit crazy. I agree with the drums being overpowering in Saturday’s song. Victorious used to be longer, but accidentally I deleted it one day. Luckily this bit is still there. I haven’t bothered to add anything else to it. Thumbs up for the help!

If it means he’ll finally be comfortable with all his old songs in one thread so he can finally continue with new songs then yeah, post songs everyday.

Please guys, I made all these songs a year ago. What am I meant to do? Post them once every week? That would take forever. I make about two songs every week if that helps.

a year ago? I only took my highest quality songs to my thread…if i make a song of lower quality it ends up in, for example, the random thread…if i did all my songs i would have around 40+ songs…
Ok new song for Sunday:
Midnight Solstice:
You must really love the strings Muselline…I would suggest changing it up, because your recent songs have the feel that, well, they all sound the exact same, even though they are different. Try out something else.
As for the new song, I must say I really loved the piano in it. The whole fade back thing in sheet 7 was great. Other than that…the strings were good, but pay special attention to my above statement. Try experimenting with separate instruments to see how well they go together, this will make your songs unique.
