  4. A train is doing 80 down the track when it approaches a turn. The train jumps off the track. The conductor orders everyone off the train. As he goes through checking everyone, one man falls off the bridge not 2 miles from the turn. The conductor notices that someone’s missing, checks the chart, and announces “________ is missing!”. Despite his multiple queries, no one seemed alarmed, and eventually the conductor gave it up as a lost cause. What was the guy’s name?
  5. A man is lying on the ground in a lovely field. The man is dead. There is a package nearby. It is obvious that this package would have saved his life. How did he die?

Here’s a tricky one:
Two trains are barreling down a track towards each other. One is going 80 mph, and the other is going 94 mph. Assuming that there is no reason to slow down, like tunnels or bends in the track, and they start 200 miles from each other, how long until the trains collide?

I know it’s probably a riddle, but I worked it out to 1 hour, 57 minutes and 23.5 seconds. (Assuming that the question was asked when they were 200 miles apart.)

You don’t know how far apart they are when they’re 80 an 94 mph. All you know is that when the trains started, they were 200 miles apart. Thus, this question lacks sufficient information to give an answer.
